I used layers of oil paint and impesto technique over very loos acrylic underpainting.
It's deep purples and blue colors over the light and translucent ones, makes it interesting and vibrant.

About this painting : This painting is a part of an exploration artwork on the oil colors dripping ability in different textures. The technique involves changing the direction of the canvas balance until the desired texture of the color is reached while constantly adding color layers.
My main interest focuses on the layers of color and what remains after the drips and spaces between them.
In order to achieve this, it took me a very long time.
The process of creating the desired texture was long, until I reached the final layers.
Like my other pieces, I am inspired by the nature in the area where I live.
